Questions from Companies
- What types of ship management companies do you serve?
- How can you help us optimize our HR processes?
We receive requests from companies involved in Tanker Management, Container Ship Management, Bulk Carrier Management, Ro-Ro Ship Management, General Cargo Ship Management, Offshore Support Vessel Management, and Passenger Ship Management. However, our primary response is to work with all these companies facing challenges in crew changes and provide solutions to their needs. Additionally, the companies that prefer to work with us are often those aiming to improve crew quality and employ qualified personnel capable of successfully passing onboard inspections. Accordingly, we offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
We meticulously plan crew changes at least a month in advance, minimizing mistakes and ensuring critical equipment familiarization training is completed. While we swiftly address emergency&urgently crew changing, our commitment extends far beyond simply filling positions. We provide a fully integrated HR solution, encompassing pre-joining familiarization, visa&travel coordination, performance monitoring at ship, and ongoing training during shore leave at home. This comprehensive approach enhances crew competence, supports career growth, and maximizes their value to your company.
First, the personnel we recommend to the company undergo several occupational tests within our training system. Only those who succeed in these assessments are presented for the companies' evaluation. The personnel who join the ship are evaluated twice during their contract period, as well as after returning from leave following the completion of their contract. These periodic performance evaluations are collected from the company and recorded as performance scores, which are maintained in our records for future reference.
- Do you offer training and development programs?
Yes, we offer specialized training programs designed to enhance skills and safety within the maritime sector. Our platform features over 40 online courses, with a key focus on our unique Ship-Specific Familiarization Module. Unlike generic training from industry giants, this module ignites genuine interest by allowing seafarers to explore their assigned vessel in detail even before embarakation. This pre-joining familiarization streamlines the initial 24-hour familiarization, reduces training time, and provides significant cost savings for shipping companies. More importantly, it enhances safety awareness and contributes to accident prevention by ensuring crew members are fully prepared for their specific vessel's equipment and procedures. Completion of these courses provides valuable in-house certifications, enhancing seafarers' qualifications and promoting continuous professional development.
