You can show important information such as photos of the ships you have worked on, your certificates, experience and references. In this way, you can leave a professional and reliable impression to your potential employers.
You can increase prestige and brand awareness with your company's logo and colours.

Candidate Selection - Evaluation System
We have designed a special CV format for those working in the maritime sector.
Our crew selection process aims to assess both the technical and personal skills of the candidates. Therefore, before being assigned to the vessel, we apply various tests to measure the candidates' performance and adaptability. In addition, the shipowner's technical department also inquires about the candidates' knowledge and experience with ship machinery and ships. All these assessments are carried out online and the results are sent in PDF format for the technical department's review and approval.

CREW TRAINING System
Effective crew training and management solutions in a range of formats are the foundations of our services.
In particular, we would like to emphasise the ship-specific training that the crew will attend;
- Positively affects the PSC reports issued to the ship
-Increases life safety by contributing to the safety awareness of the personnel
-Gaining competence and knowledge in terms of crew qualification
- By enabling the company to assume a supportive role in the career plan made by the company for its personnel, it contributes to the formation of a sense of loyalty and belonging to the company..
